Texas Panhandle Hog Hunts

Lining the banks of the Prairie Dog Town Fork of the Red River and surrounded by vast agricultural operations, Plaska Lodge has earned a reputation for producing some of the largest truly wild hogs in the world. The thick brush country and abundant food sources create ideal conditions for monster boars, with mature hogs exceeding 300 pounds taken nearly every season—and our largest topping 700 pounds. Smaller pigs offer some of the finest wild pork found anywhere. Hunts take place in the mornings and evenings from brush blinds set along travel corridors and bait sites. These hog hunts are a great way to bridge the gap between seasons and put your gear to the test on some of the toughest animals around. We have setups to accommodate any weapon of choice.

All-Inclusive Texas Hog Hunts Include: 

• Two full days of hunting / Three nights of lodging
• Comfortable accommodations with private bedrooms

• Cleaning, quartering, and cold storage of your harvest

Additional days can be added for $750 per day.
Non-hunting guests are welcome for $250 per day.
Additional meat hogs $100 each, trophy boars $300 each.
A fifty percent deposit is required to book your hunt.
Minimum two hunters per group.
Groups of four or more will enjoy exclusive access to the lodge and ranch, ensuring a private and personalized experience.
